Patricia A. Fasano/Owner and President
Patricia Fasano is president and owner of Fasano and Associates,
the company she founded in 1982. Fasano and Associates, a leader
in the direct response industry, is a full service direct response
marketing agency, with emphasis on Mailing List Brokerage, Mailing
List Management, Response Analysis, Forecasting, Predictive Modeling,
Developing Circulation Plans, Merge-Purge and Production Management,
Marketing Plan Creation and Execution, and General Creative Consulting.
In addition to her duties as CEO of the company, Patricia is directly
involved with all of the company’s clients.
Prior to establishing Fasano and Associates, Patricia was Vice President
of Marketing for AZ Marketing Inc., a company she joined at its
inception in 1976. Prior to the establishment of AZ Marketing, Inc.,
Patricia spent a number of years in the media brokerage arm of Direct
Media Inc. In addition to her activities in the direct response
media industry, Patricia held a variety of positions in general
advertising.
Patricia is widely recognized as a premier media professional, with
expertise in all facets of the direct response process. Her expertise
extends to micro targeting data base concepts, a full spectrum of
direct response media strategies and predictive modeling techniques.
Patricia has been honored as one of the most influential women in
the direct response community. She is active with Cedars-Sinai Hospital’s
Teenline Program – a confidential telephone help line for
teenage callers that trains teens to serve as peer counselors for
young people facing crisis situations. Being a mother of a teen,
the program’s relevance and importance to aid in coping with
challenges in our most complicated world cannot be understated.
Patricia is also involved in the Brentwood School Community Service
Program organizing students’ visits to nursing homes, inner
city schools, Heal The Bay outings and Meals On Wheels deliveries.
April Valere /Controller
Fasano and Associates Accounting
April Valere joined Fasano & Associates in August 2006. She has over 11 years of experience with large public accounting firms, where she gained particular expertise in business management, trust, estate and litigation accounting, and handled some of the largest litigation cases in California. April also became an experienced paralegal in bankruptcy law.
April is responsible for corporate financial statements, corporate payables, human resources, and daily operations.

Fasano and Associates’ management team is supported by a staff
of carefully trained personnel whose
experience, knowledge and dedication contribute to and sustain our
position within the industry. Most of our sales support, accounting
and operations associates have been with the company for over five
years. Working in conjunction with senior management, Fasano and
Associates’ Account Executives, Account Managers, Research
Associates and Production Associates play an integral role in all
phases of client service.
